This Directive should not affect the application of competition law rules, in particular Articles 101 and 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (‘TFEU’). The measures,
procedures and remedies provided for in this Directive should not be used to restrict unduly competition in a manner contrary to the TFEU.
